It was tough to drag myself into the weight room being so tight (and tired) after the double workouts today. Didn't lift yesterday because of how tight and sore my quads were- didn't wanna risk it with being running again. Did arms- it was damn tough, bumped up the weight a little bit on a few of them. Biceps, triceps were tough since I bumped them up, as were the others- but I finished all of them. So overall, i guess im happy i got it done
