Came down and did a full stretch out beforehand. Legs were uber sore- not the pirisformis, but the quads and the hammys. Felt them for the first two miles of the run before they opened up a bit. It kinda sucks having to deal with them and the pirisformis because it takes a lot of focus to make sure my stride is right and not wavering anywhere. However, I don't even feel the pirisformis anymore which just means its still getting loose. Started off slower and built through- 7:20, 7:00, 7:00, 6:20 (or approx those splits) w/ 6xstrides the last half mile- really opened up today and it felt pretty good, got a powerful stride in so that was good, gonna try quarters later
