Leg lifting this morning. Went pretty well- legs weren't tired at all, a little surprising. Basically did my normal 4 on the legs- and tried to increase the weight on each one. It worked on everyone but the hamstrings. Trying to bump up to 110 just wasn't working haha, I could only do 1, so i went back down to 95. Otherwise, it went well- got a good workout in.
