Notes
Felt really cold at the start, but again, legs felt decent which was good. First 23 minutes were fine, on the path- the next 14 were all on snow so that was a tad uncomfortable but wasn't too bad. Good that my legs felt good- I mean, the weather still sucked but I didn't mind being out tehre running. Closed it off with Brink, Sparks, and McAvoy, just more track season talk and stuff
