Stopped by for my 2nd session of the day- wanted to jump on the ellipticals and do a workout but every single one was taken, which sucked. jumped on the bike and just decided to do a half an hour tempo and see how far I could go. It sucked, quads were pretty shot from yesterday and I locked up quite a bit. Didn't even manage to get it down to 5 minute pace which sucks but still got in a decent workout
