Ribs still a little jacked up so stayed with planks again.
Did: 36xpushups.
2 sets of 3 secs 0x front,back,left,right planks (4 minutes)
Did 4x30 secs of six inches (normal, criss cross, scissors, and normal- 2 minutes)
Then 3x40 secs of stomach holds (alternating left/right, right/left, and superman-2 minutes).
Solid bit of core work considering that I was dead tired at the time from everything else.
