Did the full medicine ball workout- 2 sets of 20 of everything.

squats

squat ball pushes

single leg (10 on each)

lumberjacks

around the worlds

split squats

lunge and ball push

elevated split squats

hamstring bridges on the stability ball

hamstring rollups on the stability ball

step ups on box (10 each way)

step and drive up (10 each way)

2x10 box jumps

Tough workout- my legs were cashed by the time I was done and second set was a major struggle. Legs are still sore from Friday night and so alot of things were tight- thankfully, there were no major issues with my rib so that was good.

Noticed a significant pop in my legs on the box jumps- they feel easy now. Almost dunked a few times after when I played ball despite the long workout so they are deff coming around
