Did arms for the first day in a while- sucked terribly. Even attempted to start off at smaller weight and the first set was fine, but majorly struggled the 2nd set, and couldn't even do a 3rd set. Did 2x15 of everything at the same weight, so at least I got it in and did 30 of everything.
