Sunday run on the upper track while the snow continued to fall (16" total). Timmy and Mamerow were running so I jumped in with them for a mile but the pace was a bit too relaxed for my liking so I picked it up a bit and ran the last 5 by myself. 7 flat, 6:25, 6:25, 6:25, 6:30, 6:20. Once I got to the 6:25s, kinda hit a wall. It was comfortable but my legs and body just felt kinda tired, probably the accumulation of the last week. Was initially gonna go 8 but called it a day at 6 and went to go lift.
