Slow, easy morning run. Calf has been getting a touch more sore each day- still hasn't gotten to the point of being inhibiting or painful but want to be smart. Up early- rolled out before w/ minor stretching (no ibuprofen/ sombra). Felt OK- kept it slow, felt the calf and was stiff but not bad. A bit shorter than I would've liked to go but the team finished bouncy early. Core and hips after.
