Arm lifting sesh after a few weeks away. Did 3 reps at 115 on the chest press before switching to 110. Weight room was crowded- had wanted to do actual bench but both were being used and didn't want to push my workout since I wanted to start with it. For the most part- picked up where I left off on the weights. Wasn't able to finish flys/ do any of seated row since greeds were hogging the machines and I didn't want to wait.
