Drove back from Ohio so ran at afternoon practice- solid group of 15+ people. Did extended police station route w/ an add on to make it to 10+. Legs felt good (as they should w/ the 5 days off haha). Was cold (real feel 12) and windy but was dressed appropriately so no issues there. Frustrated I didn't get up and run this morning but felt good about getting in 10+ miles here. Did 4x200s and lifting/core/hips after
