4x200s in the dragonflys w/ 2 mi rest
31.8, 31.4, 31.5, 32.1.
Went way better than expected- my legs actually felt smooth (despite how heavy I am)- no tying up or muscling through. Was aerobically gassed after each but was very pleasantly surprised with how fast/smooth these were given the lack of any speed stuff I've been doing.
