Easy morning run. Added on 1.25 solo before doing Wacky w/ the guys, then added on another bit solo to make it 6+. Ibuprofen and rolling out but no stretching/sombra. Calf was noticeable but not overly painful/limpy so that was good. Body deff a bit sore from the residual/diet the last few days, plus was quite humid. Chilled most the run near the front before fading to the back. Brain has been weird the last 2 days (probably diet?) so just tried to stay chill. Happy to get in the. 6+.
