Notes

Super long day because of the early morning, napped to catch up on sleep, then worked. Wanted to come back and get a quick workout in so I could start drinking so jumped on the treadmill to do a workout. Started off at 6 min pace (10.0 mph) and ramped up the pace .1 every minute for the first mile (came through in 5:52). .2/.1 alternating minutes the 2nd mile (11:22 at the 2 mile. 5:30 2nd mile) and .2 every minute the last mile (4:58 last mile). Last 2 minutes were sub 4:50 pace and it was pretty awful but closed it well. Happy with a workout like this, solid cutdown and closed really fast. Good kick in the ass workout. Lifted after
