Notes
Easy out and back from Ethan's place with Zach and Ethan. Weather was good (60, cool, and overcast). Full rolling out before but was still very stiff and sore to start, about the same as yesterday. Easy out and back, run went by quick but just felt a bit limpy most the run. Hip routine and full stretching after.
Happy with the week- hit my mileage and core goals for the week. Week started on a seemingly bright spot with the leg feeling better but gradually felt worse as the week went on. Going to start doing more hip work and stretching and hope that helps but in the meantime, more about running everyday to lose weight.
