5 mi tread progression at Blake's lake house.in the afternoon. Started around 7 min pace and gradually cut it down to 6 min pace through the first 4. Then on the last mile, cut it down from 6 min to 5:10 the last minute (5:42ish last mile)- felt pretty good and smooth overall. Run still dragged a bit as treadmill runs do at times but felt pretty smooth and controlled at 6 min and glad to get something in on a day that I really wasn't feeling running.
