Got off work and made it over to run around 9pm. As was the trend this week, legs were a little sore in the beginning but as I got going, they opened up and I felt pretty good throughout. Mile splits were: 6:20,20,20,15 (25:15 half), 10,10,10,07 (24:37 2nd half). So a decent progression and the effort was steady throughout, nice and smooth and a nice and steady digression.
