Great arm workout today, bumped up the weight in everything, whcih was pretty tough, especially finishing the sets on shoulder press- thats still my weakest lift of all of them. Still, biceps and triceps still weren't super difficult so I'll probably keep bumping them up. Its great to just be able to keep improving every time I lift and P.r everytime
