Great morning run to start the week off right. Out the door early (6:15) after some stretching/rolling out. Was sunny already and 50 degrees so was able to rock a t-shirt and shorts. Went out and back 7 on the far-side FRT. Legs felt good, recovered overall and generally bouncy although a few areas of tightness that I felt when I went for my newly created hill segment in Red Oak. Good run to plan out the day/week mentally and get in the right frame of mind. Core and hips after.
