Ran with a group of freshmen and Timmy a roundabout way to Diz's to let the dog out. They picked me back up and we did an extended way back and finished at school right around 6 miles. Pace was pretty good and deff picked up the last 2 miles or so thanks to Zach, Dan, and myself. First run outside of the new year since it was sunny and nice out and it went well- run went by a lot quicker than the other ones. 2x150s and core after
