2 reps bench at 125lbs, what I believe is a new PR? or at least a tracked PR. I'd imagine I was stronger in college but don't remember benching a specific weight.

2 sets of 10:

100 lbs biceps (no issues here surprisingly, tough but managable so will leave it here)

105 lbs lat pull (tough and will deff stick here but not struggling to finish the set)

120 lbs seated row (tough but manageable, could go up but will probs leave here for now)

100 flys (still tough to read- feel I could do more but also not sure my form is right)

50x L and R oblique twists @ 100 lbs

100x crunches @ 50 lbs (this HURT- was very much sore from yesterday still)
