Have to be creative about some of my training runs now that I'm coaching on Saturday mornings. Started with 8:30 pace group, then fell back a bit to run with the 9:00s, then tried to run back and forth to catch the 8:00s and the 9:30s to spend a bit of time with them. Once I knew that I had hit all of the yellow pace groups, I ran back on my own.
