Notes

LR w/MP (2 X 6 miles @ goal marathon pace of 7:05). 8 miles on my own before group run (with 6 @ goal pace), followed by 4 @ ~7:30ish pace and 6 more @ goal pace. Great conditions for summertime running--low 70s, DP of 60, and a nice breeze. Legs felt a bit heavy towards the end, but to be expected after a high volume training week. AHR of 160 for run, with MP miles between 157 and 172.
