Getting into the swing of half marathon training. Fartlek workout--2 miles easy, 4+ miles with 8 X 1 minute @ 10K to 3K pace, 2 miles easy. Paces for fartleks were 5:53, 5:53, 5:34, 5:16, 5:16, 5:34, 5:16, 5:00 (!)
