Moved up midweek MLR today to accommodate for upcoming weekend trip to Boston and potential 5 mile race on Sunday. Supposed to be a "moderate" effort run, according to Hudson, so I set out to run 7:20s. Slowest mile was 7:35, fastest mile was 6:40. Felt good from start to finish. I know it may sound boring to keep saying it, but my legs were flowing like the great river!
