Wow, that was tough! Workout included 5 X 1K @ 5K pace with 2 minute jog recoveries. Probably not the best workout to attempt the day after a sub 7 pace MLR. But I had no other choice in terms of rescheduling, so I went for it. Glad to have that one in the books, as I have no more 5K pace workouts left in my Indy training cycle (YAY).
