Evanston Flying Turkey 5K. My Tempo Thursday workout. Should have been aiming for MP with this one, but once I saw a sub 6:30 split for the first mile, I decided to go with the flow. As what has been typical for me, nobody passed me after the first mile. Probably could have gone faster today based on how I felt today, but at least now I have some sort of baseline for future progress. I'm glad to see that I can still bang out a sub 20 5K even when out of shape, Now the work begins #doworkloseweightgetfast
