When you fall, you need to get back up. Planned on getting out for 8-10 miles, then found Paul Kapellas on the path. So I kept running past my initially planned turnaround. Let him go at Fullerton to head back home. Took advantage of the strong winds from the south in the second half.
Legs are a little sore from yesterday's efforts, but it felt good to be out there. Seriously considering shifting my training efforts to a January half marathon (ING Miami). A sub 1:25 in Miami would be a great target, IMO.
