Initially supposed to include fartleks, but I'm still hurting a bit emotionally from Saturday, so I decided to make it a harder run overall. After a 7:00 mile to get the legs going I picked up the pace and ran the last 5 miles in 30:33 (6:07 pace), including a couple of miles at under 6:00 pace. Maybe I should do the fartleks at some point this week.
