Way too windy outside for my typical Tuesday workout, so I took it inside and did a Hadd test on the TM. 2 mile warm up, followed by 1.5 miles @ goal AHRs 140, 150, 160, 170, 180 with 90 second full rests. Finished with 1.5 mile cool down. My condolences go to anyone who was unfortunate enough to be at a nearby treadmill when I had to run at 170 and 180 AHRs. In the last one (goal AHR 180), I kept pushing the pace at the end to see how high I could get the HR. The highest I saw was 195, when I was running at low 5:xx, so I have every reason to expect that my max is close to 200.

The crappy paces with the lower HRs in relation to the not so crappy ones at the higher HRs gives me reason to believe that I have a HUGE area of opportunity for improvement.
