Beautiful day--low 40s, sunny, and light winds. First 5 easy (8:19 average pace), last 5 progressive (7:40, 7:16, 7:01, 6:56, 6:40). Today's run has my monthly total ahead of what I did for September (272 MTD vs. 267). I had a sneaky suspicion that this could be a strong month for me. One last 20 miler remaining tomorrow before my taper starts.
