Run to the gym, 2 miles on TM before strength training (first time I've lifted in months), run back home. I also completed Evil Mark's 8 minute abs workout for the first time ever, so I know I'll be sore sometime tomorrow. 86 degrees outside, DP of 71. Yes, it felt easier running on the TM compared to outside.
