An 88 mile training week started today with a morning 6 mile recovery run. 81 degrees + 72 dew point = 153 misery index and a "feels like" reading of 86, so the intention was to slow down to about 9:30 and hope that my AHR would stay in the recovery zone (mid 140s). Surprise, surprise, mission accomplished (AHR 145). Another 5 miles planned later today.
