Includes mileage to and from LA Fitness and 3 miles @ 10:00 on TM. Indoor mileage was to start getting used to running in conditions that I will likely find in Miami, because let's face it, we all know how poorly I run when it's warm. I can already tell it's going to suck, because even at 10:00/mile, I averaged 139 BPM indoors. Maybe running indoors on a regular basis in the next 3 weeks will keep me from melting into a pile of goo on the streets on Miami.
