Midweek "MLR" (okay, not quite MLR range since I'm being conservative with mileage leading up to SF10). Conservative first half (7:36 pace), stronger 2nd half (6:47 pace). Funny how a run like this can actually SLOW down my weekly average training pace so far this week--time for some very easy runs in the next few days.
