8 mile run (long)
Absolutely a great run. Target pace for the long run is between 10-11m/m but I felt great the whole way running between 9:30-10:15m/m and ended the run averaging 9:38/mile.
Running this pace for an entire HM would get me in around 2:07 - three minutes under my first goal.
