Left on Springdale
Left on Ritchie
Left on Locust
Back home
I still can't run without walking, but the first mile I ran in an easy 8 minutes. I made it halfway up first hill on Springdale before I walked for the first time. From there, I walked hills and ran flats and declines. Most of my walking time was a minute or less.
