Week 5, Day 3

Plan calls for 20 minutes continuous running - didn't get it done.

New course:

Right on Autumn Lane,

Left on Austin to house for sale and back

Left on Random to 52 and back

Left on Austin to home

I was not able to run the entire time. I totally underestimated how much energy the first 2 hills would take out of me and spent the rest of the run trying to recover. I walked 5 times, only as needed, and never for more than 1 minute. Even with that, I was able to break the 10 min/mile pace.
