5 and 1 long run

Plan called for 14 miles, but scheduling just didn't allow for it, so I went with a bit more than half of that (as much as time would allow). May just flip-flop this week's and next week's long runs (next week was a 7 for a cutback week).

I was surprised at how much better I felt after this run. No real soreness in the legs, which is rare after anything over an hour for me right now. Looks like I ran a good bit quicker during the run segments than I thought I was. Overall pace for the run was 1 minute/mile quicker than the plan called for over 14 miles (but I would have slowed if I'd have been going the full 14).
