Final run of the C25K program and I pulled off the 5k distance at a 10mm pace.
I was tired at the end, but after I had walked and cooled down for a couple minutes, I felt like I could've gone some more. I am, needless to say, pretty pumped about my progress.
I'm hoping tomorrow to be under 200 pounds when I weigh in, which would give me about a pound a week loss during the 9 week program.
