Notes
Couple notes:
1. I waited until late evening because it's so hot, but it was still almost 90 degrees. Zapped me pretty good.
2. I wore sweat pants. That was dumb. More energy zapped.
3. I walked the 15th minute and then ran the rest.
4. I ran the last .10 as a stride.
Even with all that, I came in at an under 10mm pace.
