9 mile run (long)
No other word for it - this run sucked. I'm in northern Virginia in the Shenandoah Valley and it's freaking hilly. I had to take 4 small walking breaks just to get through the run. Easy felt hard today. I'll be glad to get home and run on the smaller rolling NC hills next week.
