This did not turn out to be a very good long run. HR was too high and the temps kept rising during the run, too. Not sure if it was more a function of the warmer temps and/or the fact that I jumped quite a bit in weekly mileage and number of runs.
Glad for a rest day tomorrow. I'll monitor the next couple of weeks and then make a change if I need to. I don't want these long runs to suffer. They are critical to the training.
