Unbelievable run. Clear, crisp morning and the legs felt rested after no running yesterday. First mile was a warmup and I couldn't get over how slow it felt. Went into the pace run with a target of 9:40-9:20 avg.pace for the run and looked down to see myself running low 9s in the first mile and could not believe how good I felt. Breathing was good, legs felt strong, so I decided to go with it. Ended up with an avg pace of 8:44 for the 6 miles with splits somewhere around

I am not used to faster miles feeling somewhat easy, but this run was fun!
