Notes
Not really a long run, but based on the activity levels yesterday, and me hitting the mileage i wanted, i only went 10. Felt a little too quick, and honestly Julia and Emma were dragging me along. My easy runs have been a lot slower lately. Not necessarily a bad thing, and I don't feel too bad running quick, it just seems like the gap in pace between workout and easy has expanded. I just probably need more recovery with the increase in volume/quality.
