Hills
2 mile warm-up to KLM
stretching with 8 strides
2x15 minutes of Hills (9 each time, but longer distance than last time)
1 mile cool down
Hard workout today. During the warm-up I felt a little pain in my knee. I
stretched it out and did some strides, but it was still feeling bad. During
the hills I didnt feel any pain with my knee. I was badly dehydrated, but i
managed to push through this, and a few cramps to maintain 9 hills each time.
Solid run, I am definately taking it easy tomorrow.
