Waterfall
Solid run at waterfall with a fast mile in the middle. From mile 2-1 I tempoed
with tom and Pete. This week i feel a little bad about my mileage, so I might
go for a short run this evening so I am on track with my mileage for the week.

Nice 2nd run on the day today. I didnt really plan on going as far as i did,
but my sister is buying a house so i ran to it. Pretty solid, but long run.
