Notes

The plan was to run 2 hours 9 minutes. I was close to the 7 mile mark when half the time was finished, so went on and turned at 1:05:31. To finish "on time would mean a minute and a half faster return. Actually was faster by 2 minutes almost 20 seconds per mile.
