Run felt easier and the pace wasn't significantly slower than recently - maybe 15 sec/mile. HR was much better today - only 2% above desired range.
Could have been the earlier start (cooler), drinking GU2O vs. water, or just a good day.
Calves were tight around 6.5 miles. Stretched afterwards and feel OK.
